These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the p282 platform, including all games, account services, promotions, and payment facilities. Please read them carefully before registering or using any p282 service. By creating an account or placing a bet on p282, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

These documents form the entire agreement between you and p282.

3.1 Minimum Age. The p282 platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Persons under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on p282.
3.2 Philippine Residency. p282 operates under a PAGCOR licence applicable to players within the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are a natural person located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using p282 is lawful. p282 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
3.3 Age Verification. p282 is required by PAGCOR to verify the age and identity of all Players. 3.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one Account on p282. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.1 Registration Requirements. To register a p282 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. p282 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify p282 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. p282 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification.
4.3 KYC Verification. p282 is required to verify the identity of all Players in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act. You agree to provide, upon request, a clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (National ID, Driver's Licence, Passport, UMID, SSS card, or equivalent). Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your p282 Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. p282 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may change from time to time and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Deposits. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit. p282 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which p282 accepts no responsibility.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. p282 targets processing of GCash and InstaPay withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
5.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your p282 Account are from a legitimate source, are not proceeds of crime, and do not violate any applicable Philippine law including the AMLA. p282 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of source-of-funds review.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on p282 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied; all accounts are PHP-only.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. p282 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional terms specific to the promotion, which are published in the promotions section of your Account dashboard.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus; unused bonuses expire automatically.
6.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute different percentages to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; bingo contributes 50%. 6.5 Bonus Abuse. p282 employs fraud detection technology to identify bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms in a way that removes commercial risk, structured betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimum exposure, and coordinated abuse across related accounts. p282 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where abuse is detected.
7.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game on p282 is governed by rules specific to that game, displayed within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the subject matter of that game.
7.2 RNG Certification. All slot games and random number–dependent games on p282 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certification is conducted by approved testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect independently verified long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
7.3 Live Casino Games. Live casino games at p282 Casino are conducted by professionally trained dealers using physical equipment — cards, dice, and roulette wheels — in a studio environment. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each game round, captured and displayed in real time by multiple HD cameras. p282 accepts no responsibility for Player decisions made based on road scoreboard patterns, streak observations, or other statistical interpretations of game history.
7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round — including but not limited to server interruptions, disconnections, or software errors — the round result will be determined by p282 technical records. If a malfunction occurs prior to game round completion, any wager placed during the affected round will be refunded. p282's decision on malfunction resolution is final.
7.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with p282 support within 72 hours of the disputed round completing. p282 will investigate using server-side game logs. The outcome of the investigation is final and binding.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p282 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

10.1 p282 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
10.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, p282 will communicate the reason for suspension to the Player via their registered contact details within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations that may restrict disclosure.
10.3 Where an Account is terminated due to fraud, money laundering, or breach of terms, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited, withheld pending investigation, or reported to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine law.
11.1 All content on the p282 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and game content — is owned by or licensed to p282 and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p282 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any p282 content.
11.3 The p282 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the platform operator. You may not use these marks in any manner without prior written consent from p282.
12.1 p282 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the p282 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 p282 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, the Philippine National Privacy Commission, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable Philippine law.
12.3 p282 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. A full description of data processing activities and your rights as a data subject under the Data Privacy Act is set out in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p282 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
13.2 p282's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
13.3 p282 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. p282 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability beyond the return of any wager placed during an affected game round.
13.4 Gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds wagered on p282 and that this is an inherent characteristic of gambling. p282 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for gambling losses.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to p282 support for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of referral to support, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution process.
14.3 For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.1 p282 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, PAGCOR direction, or to address an urgent security or fraud concern.
15.2 The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. The version number and date of last revision are shown at the top of the document. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of p282 after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
